This is my favourite breakfast of all time. It is the most important meal of the day and packed full of Omega, Fibre and Superfoods! I have layered the bircher muesli with a Strawberry Chia Jam and topped with a Superfood Sprinkle for some extra crunch. This bircher muesli is my go-to recipe and will keep you satisfied until lunch time. It is delicious on its own, topped with grated apple, frozen berries, fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds… whatever tickles your fancy!

    Yes it is. You can be creative and layer it with fruit and granola. The bircher muesli is also really delicious on its own 🙂
