Wow this looks AMAZING!!! I’m going to make it for my daughters birthday party. Can I make this two days ahead do you think? And if so would I leave it in the fridge or freezer once it’s done?
    Thanks so much!

    Hi Michelle,
Yes – you can definately make this 2 days ahead. Please leave it in the freezer and let defrost slightly before serving. Top with fresh fruit 🙂

How much agave syrup syrup does the strawberry vanilla cream need? It only says 1 1/2 raw agave syrup.. I’m very excited to make this 🙂

  4. Amelia

Hi! Just wondering, how long do I leave the tin in the freezer for once I’ve put the chocolate mousse layer on? 🙂

  5. Secret Squirrel

    Hi Amelia,
Approximately 20 minutes, whilst you make the strawberry vanilla cream. Hope that helps xx.

Hey, I just have to say great, amaaaazing job with this wonderful blog.
Love all your posts and things you are preparing in a healthy healthy way, but could you help those from Dubai, and tell us where to find all those healthy ingredients (such as flax meal, raw cacao nibs, raw agave syrup, vanilla bean paste etc. :))
Thanx, waiting for the answer and than straight to those stores and Im starting with first recipe :))
    Great job once again!
