“Coco Pops” Chocolate Buckwheat Granola







“Just like a chocolate milkshake, only crunchy!” I have been singing that song in the kitchen ALL MORNING!!! It’s my HEALTHY version of Coco Pops minus all the sugar and nasties! Chocolate Buckwheat Granola… it’s crunch, crunch, crunch, all morning! I love BREAKFAST, especially when it is super crunchy and chocolately!! It’s delicious with soy milk, almond milk or used as a topping for smoothies and yoghurt! πŸ™‚

    Ciara – I’m from Melbourne and have found cacao nobs from health food stores in major shopping centres or gourmet grocers (e.g. Thomas Dux). Hope that helps πŸ™‚

    Hi! Can you suggest any alternatives to peanut butter? I absolutely loathe it and would just omit it but I’m unsure if it is used to hold it together or just for flavour. Thanks!

    Hi, i live in jakarta where supplies for most of the ingredients you listed above is unavailable. Can i replace buckinis with regular oats? And raw agave syrup with maple syrup? Any recommendations on what to replace the cacao nibs with? πŸ™‚ thanks a bunch
