thanks for the inspiration…they were super easy to make in my Thermie, I had all the ingredients at home….and they are going to be my snack on our flight to South Africa on Monday to attend ‘Thermofest’ (I gave up on plane food a long time ago, being vegan and gluten free….! I’ve shared your recipe on my Facebook page, glad I ‘found’ you on Instagram! Keep up the great work!

thanks for sharing this…I am so addicted to the salty caramel flavor of this healthy treat! I am unable to find buckinis in the US so I used buckwheat (as you suggested). The flavor was spot on, however i was unable to cut these into squares without them crumbling. Also, when I drizzled the chocolate on top, the bars started becoming even more crumbly and i had to eat with a spoon. Do I need to let the chocolate cool for a while before drizzling on top? Do you have any tips on how to make these keep their shape? thank you!

This was sooooo yummy!! I am both gluten and dairy intolerant and a bit of a health nut who looooves caramel so this was an amazing non guilty treat for me. Your recipes are so lovely and beautifully presented. Just wondering as well how you kept these together. As soon as I cut the slice into pieces it got very crumbly (however have used the crumbles as toppers on my morning green smoothie! Yum). Thanks so much. I am beyond happy I found your page on instagram x
