WOW!!! Sweet Potato Chocolate Brownies, I’m in LOVE! These are the YUMMIEST, fudgiest, melt-in-your-mouth, rich and decadent chocolate brownies you will have ever tasted and they are 100% HEALTHY!! Can I add, they are completely vegan, refined sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free. No kidding! It’s a chocolate lover’s dream come true and I’m drooling all over the screen!! There is no sight of refined sugar or butter, which is typical of chocolate brownies. The sweet potato adds sweetness and acts as a fantastic substitute for butter and eggs.     Made these today and they were absolutely fab! I think next time I will skip the frosting though as it tasted a little too much of avocado and instead add walnuts or maybe salted macadamia to the base batch.
    I love your blog! and I would love a (healthy) recipe for chocolate chip cookie vanilla ice cream.. just saying πŸ˜‰

    Absolutely delicious! My blender decided to give up on me half way through but the mixture was easy enough to combine without (okay, the dates didn’t form a paste but they are absolutely fine).     A total keeper! Made these for a tea party. All my friends love it! Added 2 tbsp of honey instead of 1.5, and I replaced regular almond meal with hazel meal for the extra flavour.

    AAHHHH! So YUMMY!!! I’ve just discovered secret healthy eating – AND NEVER GONNA LOOK BACK! Unfourtunately my brownie was super thin and a fair bit stuck to the baking paper… Is there a way to stop either of those things? And my frosting was way darker than the one you made in the pictures… How do I make it lighter? Thanks SO MUCH for this recipe!! OMG!
